Job description

Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Chairman to support our global expansion efforts across all 193 UN member countries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visas, for the Chairman and other members of the leadership team as needed.
  • Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings and other business-related events.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of global events, including conferences, trade shows, and business meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on various topics related to global business expansion.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and video conferences.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a global business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with travel arrangements and event planning preferred.
