We are recruiting for the following role: Personal Assistant to the CEO.
We are looking for a personal assistant to support our CEO in performing their daily tasks. The successful candidate will work very closely with our CEO to help them prioritise and manage their time effectively. They will assist with scheduling, taking and preparing meetings, making travel arrangements, stock ordering for the business, as well as running personal errands such as shopping or handling bill payments. They will be responsible for maintaining the CEO’s calendar and scheduling all appointments.
The successful candidate will have the following prerequisite skills and qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-organised
- Great time management skills
- Excellent organisation and people management skills
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools
- Discretion and tact
Personal Assistant experience requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have at least one year of prior work experience in the same role or in similar administrative support roles. They need proven experience in handling and responding to correspondence, including sensitive information.
