Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Performance Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and reporting on data that provides insight into the performance of the Card Factory's IT team, spanning projects, operations, and vendor management. This role involves developing and maintaining robust reporting systems and processes, ensuring that data is accurate, relevant and delivered in a timely manner.

Successful candidates should have a clear grasp of key performance indicators and previous experience in a performance reporting or data analysis role.

This is a hybrid role working from home and our Wakefield office, great links to the MI and free onsite parking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting processes and systems, working with key stakeholders to ensure the data is accurate and relevant.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that provide insight into the performance of the CardFactory's IT team, spanning projects, operations, and vendor management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working with key stakeholders to develop and implement action plans where necessary.
  • Manage the delivery of reports to key stakeholders, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with colleauges to establish performance metrics, set goals, and monitor progress towards achieving those goals.
  • Ensure that all data and reporting systems are secure, accurate, and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Continually review and improve the performance reporting process, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
  • Work with the Director of Information Technology for Strategy and Governence to develop and implement the performance reporting strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with external vendors and third parties
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools preferred (preferred)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills
