WHAT TO EXPECT
In the role of Performance Planning Administrator, you’ll be working within the Commercial organisation, as part of the global Market Performance & Delivery team.
The role to provide an administrative support service to the Market Activation and wider Market Transformation and Change teams, by assisting in delivering the Enterprise decision making processes and delivery of key administration processes, including but not limited to administration of Quarterly Forecast Market Activation Reviews (QFMAR) and other business commercial reviews.
You’ll be working collaboratively with functional experts from across the business and global regions and markets, so it is great opportunity to learn 360 degrees commercial business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support and administrative assistance on the maintenance of documentation to enable effective delivery of relevant meetings and objectives.- Provide administrative support where necessary in the collation and analysis of data for reporting purposes.
- Liaise directly with other teams, administrators and the Commercial leadership team, where required.
- Attend QFMAR and related market activation meetings – support by taking minutes and circulating actions / notes.
- Support wider Market Transformation & Change team by coordinating progress tracking and reporting against obstacles and actions, where necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for the team and wider business on general market activation and QFMAR queries.
- Support the continuous improvement of the QFMAR and related processes.
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
- Provide other administrative support where required including administration of meetings and actions, and preparation of documents and materials related to Market Performance & Change.
- Perform Personal Assistant type duties time-to-time as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Expert knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Relevant degree / professional qualification.
- Negotiation and influencing skills to interact and achieve desired outcomes with individuals at all levels within the organisation, project management experience.
- High attention to analytical detail with the ability to articulate complex matters simply.
- Structured and organised approach.
- Attention to details.
- Managing multiple tasks and determining priorities, whilst keeping stakeholder informed of progress and deliverables.
- Experience with AnaPlan, Tableau, GCP, SAP is beneficial.
