About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Expert to join our ever-growing Account Management team here at StoreLab, running paid social campaigns on behalf of our clients, predominantly through Meta.
You’ll be in charge of running a range of accounts in a number of industries with the primary objective of increasing sales and revenue through their website and mobile app, as well as any individual goals they may have.
You’ll be the first Paid Social hire here at StoreLab with plenty of opportunities to develop and grow as we bring on new clients.
Here’s an insight into what you’ll be doing:
Creating and managing ad campaigns - including full set-up and copywriting of the ads
Engaging with the clients via email and video calls - understanding, guiding, and developing their goals whilst helping achieve them
Liaising with our external design team to develop high-converting creative
Creating weekly and monthly performance reports for our clients
Communicating with our Account Managers around client goals, progress and happiness
What we’re looking for:
Proven agency experience working a hands-on performance marketing role
Expert knowledge of Meta ads
Experience managing and communicating with clients
Strong copywriting skills with history writing for conversions
An understanding of e-commerce (preferably Shopify, but not necessary)
Excellent attention to detail

Location: Flexible/Hybrid. Most colleagues come to our London office once a week to collaborate, onboard and enjoy the great environment and buzzing atmosphere. We are open to where you live in the UK and how much you come to the office as long as you can fulfil your role and thrive in the right environment.
