Role Profile (The purpose of the role)

Delivery of the paid media strategy with a focus on lead generation and brand building.

Responsibilities of the role (What we want you to do)

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for multiple products across multiple media – paid search and social platforms.
    • Responsible for media budget across our products.
    • Responsible for generating leads for our sales team, which is a key area of growth for the business.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Plan, execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Advise new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, optimising the user experience.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimise user funnels. This will be done my managing and improving user funnels so we will see improvements in conversion rates and therefore sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to amplify online and offline content, optimising the user experience.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with agencies, stakeholders and partners to ensure we are getting value for money from their service and ensuring the agencies have measurable targets.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and include in relevant proposals.

Success Measures (What success in the role looks like)

  • Build multi-channel lead generation campaigns for our entire range of products
  • Build multi-channel Cross Sell campaigns to our existing customers
  • Improve the return on marketing spend.

Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role)

  • B2B Performance marketing experience.
  • A track record of using digital channels to drive customer growth and product activation.
  • A track record in delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns via a recurring revenue operating model.

Skills (The personal capabilities needed to excel in this role)

  • Exposure to B2B marketing
  • Strong Analytical Background
  • Strong communicative skill
  • Advance Knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads and experience working across other paid channels
  • Google Analytics Experience

Qualifications and other requirements

  • 3+ Years minimum experience
  • Industry Experience: Information Technology, Utilities and/or Service provision; preferred.
  • IT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft (Word, excel PowerPoint); essential
