About You
You’re a client facing Account Manager (or Senior AE looking to make the move to AM) specialising in Programmatic Display
You’ve got fantastic client handling skills, and enjoy creating award winning strategies for your clients
You’re familiar with multiple Programmatic campaign management platforms
You’re an organiser and a leader with great attention to detail
The Role
We are looking for someone to join our display team as Programmatic Account Manager and join a team of fun loving, highly sociable digital media fans.
Working across several of our most interesting retail, travel and entertainment clients on programmatic display, you will also be managing a Programmatic Account Executive. You will be dealing with clients directly and understanding their goals and problems, with a focus on how display can assist these. Day to day you will focus on strategic thinking, managing delivery and implementation through your team (getting your hands dirty if needed), building client relationships and getting involved in pitch situations. You will take a leading role in devising and planning the account strategy, working with the Account Director to develop the client roadmap, identifying new opportunities and media planning to grow your accounts.
We manage by outcomes which gives every individual the freedom to exercise their entrepreneurial talent and to take responsibility for the outcomes of their work. Every four months you’ll sit down with your Account Director to discuss your work, your progress, and your future plans. These Performance Development sessions are how you can progress your career at Incubeta NMPi, and with the company using a roadmap model you can really see how what you do is connected to the growth of the agency.

  • Media plans created for campaigns
  • Opportunities for improvements in campaign performance are regularly assessed
  • Campaign budgets are optimally managed across channels
  • New ideas and opportunities to improve campaign performance regularly share

Commercial Awareness:

  • Has a clear understanding of GP for their clients
  • Has a basic understanding of all Incubeta offerings
  • Undergoes regular research into the digital marketing landscape and client's vertical
  • Can demonstrate to a client how they (the client) compare vs their competitors (client's competitors)

Client Relationships:

  • Owns the day-to-day relationship for their accounts
  • Clients are updated proactively on their performance/activity and suggestions on campaign efficiencies are made
  • Is able to confidently communicate strategic outcomes in monthly and quarterly meetings earning client trust
  • Feels confident presenting and facilitating client meetings

Understanding:

  • Understands campaign measurement and how respective channels fit into customer journey
  • Is proficient in setting up tests and relevant outcomes
  • Reviews new platform features and betas with a view to how these can be rolled out across clients, and proactively share across the team
  • Is the go to person in a particular area that they champion across the team

Team Development:

  • Supports junior members of team with workflow prioritisation
  • Team members have an understanding of what is expected from them, their objectives and areas for development
  • Team members feel well supported and mentored to achieve their progression goals
  • Efficiencies and learnings from the immediate team is shared with the wider team to ensure the spread of benefits
  • Delegates daily tasks to team members
  • Contributes to a new way of working for the team
