What will I be doing?

In support of the changing needs of the evolving integrated legal services business, a new role has been created for a Performance and Colleague Experience Partner to provide support, guidance and expertise to the Head of Performance and Engagement in the delivery of the performance and engagement strategy.

This role will be critical in designing, leading and advising on the complete performance and engagement agenda – which encompasses a strategy for managing the culture, engagement and performance frameworks.

The role will focus on linking our performance, reward and promotion processes together in a meaningful way that supports business needs and individual career development. It will also focus on developing the engagement agenda whilst driving the cultural transformation. This role will therefore be a crucial addition to the Leadership Team of the Performance and Engagement team, and will contribute significantly to the success of DWF as a whole.


Who are we looking for?

The Performance and Colleague Experience Partner will be an experienced HR professional who has already excelled at building and maintaining relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups, and who has extensive experience of the design and development of their area of excellence.

Experience in an international business and familiarity with the people challenges across multi jurisdictions and cultures will be invaluable as the Group continues to pursue its growth ambitions. Detailed and hands on experience of designing performance management, culture and colleague engagement strategies, plans and policies is essential, in order to support the organisation in its next phase of development.

The Performance and Colleague Experience Partner will benefit from previous experience of working in regulated, structured corporate environments, in either a professional services or other PLC environment.
