We are looking for x2 Performance and Insight Analysts to join our I&C team based at Solihull on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Here's what you'll be doing
The E.ON I&C Pillar combines the current nPower nBS & E.ON B2B businesses to create a new £5billion revenue business serving c60,000 customers and around 300,000 meter points with a view to becoming the number one B2B energy supplier in the UK.
Right now, we're looking for x2 Performance and Insight Analysts to join our I&C team based in Solihull. For this role, you will deliver and support performance reporting and analysis to deliver insights for Mid-Market business units, teams, individuals, and initiatives. This role offers a great opportunity to work with various senior stakeholders within the business to understand their key operational requirements on a monthly basis and respond to ad-hoc requests. You will have strong organisational skills and as such will have the ability to balance tactical and strategic business priorities. This role offers the hybrid working approach, where you will be working in the office (Solihull) 1-2 days in the office per week.

Key responsibilities
- Interface with Sales, Service, Deal Support & Contracts and M&T teams to gather appropriate inputs and provide MI in-line with business requirements.
- Understand the drivers in the energy market, customers and competitors. Provide appropriate value adding insights for the business to implement and capitalise.
- Provide training to ensure end-users are able to actively use our MI suite.
- Support Senior Analysts and Insight Manager as required.
- Develop and recommend insight strategies to improve customer, commercial and market knowledge.
- Influence key stakeholders to ensure they use MI correctly and understand the correct points of contact to manage their requests.
- Provide insight to make trade off decisions relating to sales, customer operations and Deal Support.
What we need from you
Essential skill requirements
- Good knowledge and experience of energy markets, customers, sales and service processes.
- Attention to detail and desire to drive the highest quality outputs.
- Team player, able to collaborate with others and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex, multiple sources of data and insight to optimise performance, provide intelligent commentary and feed into recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Experience and proven track record of building analytical, and visualisation, models through SQL, Power BI, Excel, Access and other appropriate analytical applications.
- A passion for identifying and contributing to delivery of financial value and customer experience.
