Job description
It’s an exciting time to be part of Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service. We’re at the heart of supporting communities across Norfolk and this is our 75th anniversary. It’s a rewarding place to be, where no two days are the same and our busy teams are committed to protecting Norfolk, its people and infrastructure 24/7.
We’re seeking two support assistants to work in our expanding People team, ensuring that we are supporting our own people so that they can continue to support others. We’re increasing our work around staff wellbeing, mental and physical health and fitness. To do this effectively, we need the right support - which is where you come in...
Can you offer professional support to our teams to help keep us on track in moving forward with our wellbeing agenda? You’ll be working with our operational crews, our managers and our senior leaders, providing first class administrative support.
Further information can be obtained by contacting Karen Rowley at [email protected]
We want our people to be inspired and motivated to work well together, make the most of our workspaces, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and deliver excellent services to Norfolk and its people. Flexibility is built into the way we work, with hybrid working a key feature for many roles. Our technology platform and equipment are first class, enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
