To provide secretarial and administrative support to the People Operations team. Most of this information/ correspondence is sensitive and must be dealt with ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times whilst undertaking work of a confidential nature that must be carried out with maximum discretion and diplomacy. This will include:

  • To administer the case management tracking system for all employment case files.
  • Prepare key performance data on behalf of the People Operations team.
  • To support the planning and organising of Department meetings/events including:
  • Booking video conference facilities, room hire, equipment, travel and accommodation
  • Preparation of papers, agendas and presentations
  • Communication and engagement with colleagues across the Health Board to ensure attendance as required
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) is the largest health organisation in Wales, with a budget of £1.7 billion and a workforce of over 19,000 staff. The Health Board provides primary, community, mental health and acute hospital services for the population of North Wales.
