People Services Advisor
The opportunity
We are looking for a People Services Advisor to join our Onboarding team within People Services.
As a People Services Advisor, reporting into the Onboarding Manager you will make sure all regulatory and employment checks are completed accurately and provide quick and efficient front-line email and ticket answering services relating to employee onboarding. Using your tenacity and attention to detail you’ll deliver fully compliant pre-employment checks and create staff files to agreed SLA’s and quality.
You’ll proactively build positive and engaging relationships with all key stakeholders. You’ll also work in partnership with recruiters and operational areas to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Using your excellent attention to detail you’ll make sure offer letters, contracts, references, DBS, Right to Work and Visa documentation are processed and completed, in accordance with company policy. You’ll also update and manage data within our query management solution (Service Now).
This role offers an opportunity to get a deeper understanding of the wide range of onboarding processes and ability to work with colleagues on a global basis.
The role is a full-time, permanent position based in our Head office in Warwick. You’ll typically work from the office 1 day a week, with the remainder from home.
About you
- Experience of working within a HR Shared Service function and generic experience of delivering a query management service aligned to legislative HR processes.
- Experience of conducting background screening processes and right to work.
- Strong experience of query management of payroll and benefits related processes
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven Success Factors experience
- Experience of delivering payroll and benefits knowledge training to team members
- Strong customer service, administration and written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous
- Experience of relocation preferable
