About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a People Services Administrator to provide practical employee and volunteer lifecycle processes and first line advice to all of our colleagues. Working in a very fast paced environment this role requires excellent attention to detail whilst achieving our service level agreements. This is an administration role, 28 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) working within a current team of 6 which includes a People Services Team Leader and 4 People Service Administrators.
Working in the shared service team means you will be working closely with and supporting the wider People teams including Learning & Development, Payroll, Volunteering, Health & Safety and Internal Communications. You will also support the administration for the Employee Relations Advisors.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a HR administration or customer service team, ideally within a shared service function. Our successful candidate will be a multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise their workload effectively and have a rounded knowledge of the employee lifecycle along with the ability to communicate effectively both email and over the telephone.
