The role:
We are looking for a People Project Manager to report to the Senior Director of People Operations. This role plays an integral part in driving change so we can enable our People to live their best lives, and do their best work, in a community where they belong. You will lead key strategic People initiatives across the full project lifecycle, and help establish a standardized way of managing and governing projects.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the People team project portfolio to ensure progress against our goals.
- Establish and apply our project methodologies to ensure initiatives are planned and executed effectively.
- Create and manage comprehensive plans that reflect agreed timelines while overviewing scope and budget of the projects.
- Assemble project teams, outline project roles and manage project resourcing.
- Bring key stakeholders together, ensure appropriate communication and meeting cadences.
- Develop and execute change management plans.
- Ensure creation of success metrics, and monitor success before closure or iteration.
- Facilitate decision making as required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project health, dependencies and raise any risks to ensure proactive mitigation.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and negotiate to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities.
- Identify ways to improve employee experience, drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Run retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
What you will need to succeed?
- Significant People Operations and/or Project Management experience, being responsible for change management, process improvement and/or operational support within Human Resources department.
- Experience delivering change initiatives and People Operations projects.
- Experience with leading HR technology initiatives is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset that will enable you to thoroughly interpret business processes, structures and systems.
- Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Curious and critical thinker who can ask great questions, leverage various techniques to elicit requirements, analyze information and quickly identify problems and solutions.
- High level of attention to detail.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk serves as the platform for human connection in-real-life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our London hub.
