GLF Schools is seeking to recruit a Trust-wide People Partner with a broad and diverse level of HR knowledge and expertise.
Your Opportunity
Within this role you will partner with a group of schools and senior stakeholders across the Trust to provide specialist advice and support to deliver their people objectives. This will include influencing and facilitating the development and delivery of strategic people projects and managing complex ER cases. In line with this we are looking for someone who is able to work at pace and has experience of the following:
- Leading on TUPE Transfers, including managing the migration of employees into the Trust
- Change management programmes
- Dealing with complex ER cases
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Ideally, we require someone with a Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent but we will consider a Level 5 with strong experience.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement for travel to our 42 academies on a ‘need-to’ basis. We have several offices across the Trust based in Horsham, Caterham, Banstead, Camberley and Banbury.
We are looking to recruit to a full-time position but will consider applications for flexible working patterns including part-time, job shares, term time only, staggered start times and finishes. The Details
Salary: FTE Salary C. £40,900 - £48,000pa depending on experience
Hours: Full time, permanent (52 weeks a year, 26 days holiday)
Start Date: ASAP
