Connect to your opportunity Be successful in this role and you will support the smooth running of the inner workings of the HR function. You will be responsible for liaising with teams across HR (and beyond) to support the delivery of our HR Services, working with Senior HR leadership to ensure strong internal governance, supporting a culture of continuous service improvement and optimisation. Key Responsibilities Creating a culture of Continual Service Improvement is critical to evolving our HR processes. You will be responsible for driving CSI methodology & setting the standards, managing the HR CSI programme on behalf of HR & ensuring we drive forward our agenda in line with other key HR initiatives. Understanding all components of the service we offer to the business is critical. You will play a key role in governing our HR Service Catalogue which details our services, ensuring regular review with key stakeholders, and ensuring the right level of governance and sign off for all associated documentation. Measuring our service performance using data led insights helps us to understand what is working well and where we need to focus. We use, and are evolving, our data to support with service improvement and to know we are delivering the value expected. Designing and monitoring these measures (CSAT, SLA's & KPI's) and managing and maintaining actions as we implement change, will be part of this role. Leading through Service Change, ensuring service change and implementation is delivered and embedded to the highest standards. In addition, leading key service meetings by creating packs, managing actions and driving forward the service and conversations across HR and connected areas will be key as we continuously look to improve the service we provide to our customers Connect to your skills and professional experience Excellent relationship building and influencing skills are key for this role, with the ability to flex your style appropriately to a variety of stakeholder groups, working within a matrixed working environment. Confidence with designing and ongoing monitoring of service measures (SLA's) to support the effective HR delivery to the business is key. You will be data driven with the ability to interpret performance data to draw up and support plans for service optimisation, in line with our CSI agenda. You will be logical and methodical in your approach with an eye on the detail, providing structure and governance where needed, whilst maintaining progress against agreed timelines. You will be highly collaborative and able to influence others to work together and build alignment. This will involve some delegation and delivery via others in order to meet your accountabilities. Desirable Experience operating at Manager level with HR Operations knowledge. Experience working in a highly commercial, fast paced, complex and transformative environment, ideally (not essentially), within Financial Services or Regulated environment.
