A PIB apprenticeship caters for a range of different skillsets and will offer you a blend of education and experience. You will spend 20% of the working week developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to successfully complete the apprenticeship, with support from one of our apprenticeship delivery partners, and the rest of the week you’ll be applying what you have learnt doing a real job with real responsibilities.


From day one you’ll have a permanent job with a competitive salary. You will receive comprehensive training, support from tutors and a skills coach, whilst at the same time developing the professional and personal skills that you will need to build a successful career with us. This Apprenticeship is a programme where you will be provided on the job training and study support and you will be fully supported by PIB Group and our government approved apprenticeship Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.


This is an 18–24 month programme where you will be provided with on the job training and study support for the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship to include the Level 3 CIPD Certificate in People Practice. You will be fully supported by PIB Group and our government approved apprenticeship Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.


The role

This opportunity gives you a wonderful insight to our HR / People Operations department with a 18 month rotation around Recruitment, People Operations, Payroll, Systems and Projects and Integrations. This role would suit someone seeking a career as an HR/People Generalist who has a passion and enthusiasm for all things HR and people. Previous experience is not required, however you will be a confident communicator with an adaptable and flexible approach.


Qualifications

  • Essential – GCSEs in Maths & English at Grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification
  • Desirable – 3 x A-level’s or equivalent (BTEC, T-Level etc)

  • Effective personal planning and organisation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A passion for building fantastic working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • An appetite to learn and develop and successfully achieve your apprenticeship
  • An inquisitive nature with a willingness to ask questions
  • Confident use of MS Office suite
