The People Strategy & Experience Function was launched in 2020, representing a broad Centre of Expertise covering Wellbeing, Reward, Benefits, Talent Resourcing, Diversity & Inclusion, Data & Analytics & Engagement. A fresh approach, the Function was created to mirror to our Customer Strategy & Experience Function, so we think carefully and in a linked up way about both our colleagues and customers. In these unique roles you will work closely with colleagues in the People Directorate to shape and deliver projects and activities across the varied workstreams, all aimed at helping ensure we are truly a great place to work.
Getting experience can be challenging and we’ve designed this opportunity so you can contribute and bring your ideas to real projects, whilst working in collaboration with your colleagues. These roles offer broad experience across a wide range of specialisms and areas of practice. Attitude, how you work with others, research skills, using data and the ability to seek out fresh thinking is more important than prior experience. We are looking for people passionate about creating positive, healthy, high-performance workplaces.
You will be part of a small Graduate Team looking at creating a great people experience and aligned to one of the following core streams of work and in addition to supporting on other people projects and change activity:
