Join us as a People Coordinator and you'll be responsible for supporting site management team to deliver our people plan. You’ll do it because you love delivering the best customer service internally and externally and get a buzz out of resolving challenges. It’s a great feeling, and you’ll get to experience it often.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the workforce requirement, onboarding and time & attendance processes for your sites.
- Leading on-site Reward and Recognition through various platforms.
- Working closely with site management to ensure the people plan is being delivered.
- Dealing with confidential and sensitive queries from colleagues of all levels.
People skills are one thing, but you’ll go a step further by providing an excellent candidate journey for both our internal and external recruits as well as supporting colleagues in their personal development.
You will need:
- Strong organisational/prioritisation skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience of enthusiastically dealing with colleagues/customers during busy periods.
- Demonstratable experience of working in a HR, Recruitment, Payroll, or Admin environment.
- To be able to travel to other sites on an ad-hoc basis.
