More about your role
Due to an internal promotion we are currently recruiting for a People Partner to support our Senior Managers
Working in collaboration with our Area Manager and Department Heads you will use your broad experience to provide an effective and value adding people business partnering service. You will develop and deliver people initiatives that are aligned to the wider Places for People strategy.
You will provide support and insight into the operational and strategic business decisions, ensuring that a brilliant people experience is top priority!!
Please note that this is an 'agile' role whereby you will be given the tools to effectively do your role from home; however, there will still be some requirement to travel nationwide for meetings

More about you
You will have experience in a strategic HR setting and will be able to lead on projects, taking ownership, management, and delivery of key business initiatives from end to end. Due to the nature of the business if you have a background of People Partnering withing a Customer Service, Retail or Hospitality background we would love to hear from you,.
You will be engaging; able to empower people and influence key stakeholders. You will be confident to challenge when needed. You'll have experience of managing multiple HR projects and working collaboratively with senior managers to ensure success.
You will be a skilled communicator you'll be passionate about People and the importance of having an engaged and motivated workforce.
