Job Title: People Associate (HR)

Location: Hybrid home and London Paddington

Salary: £35,000 PA

Full time 37.5 hours

What would you be doing at HomeLink?

• Youll join our growing team in this newly created role.
• Youll support the Chief People Officer on day-to-day HR matters and projects across the wider business.
• Weve recently introduced a brand new HR platform (People HR) and we need you to continue the great work already done and go on to maintain accurate people records.
• Youll also support the wider HR and recruitment team; including onboarding new starters/exit admin, recruitment admin, processing documentation and supporting managers with employee relations matters.

What would we expect from you?

• Youll have experience working in a generalist HR capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector or a similarly highly regulated field.
• Superb organisational and communication skills are essential, and as most of our processes rely heavily on tech; experience of using a whole range of different systems and software is also required.
• Most importantly, youll be a team player who enjoys getting involved in lots of different areas.
