Location: Hybrid (a flexible blend of in offices - Plymouth, Newton Abbot, and Redruth, remote/home, and mobile working)

About Havencare – Havencare has been making a difference for 35 years, changing the lives of people who have learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and other support needs. Our big aims include every person having a home that is right for them, and support for the life they choose. We provide direct support services to over 100 people and some bespoke housing across Cornwall and Devon (from Penzance to Teignmouth) with a growing workforce of 270 staff. We have the potential and the passion to do so much more, making a difference locally, regionally, and nationally.

Partnering Havencare’s leaders, you will undertake projects including the decentralisation of business functions by introducing automated workflows, systems that bring engagement and efficiency, and a balance of human and digital solutions to deliver on objectives.
You will be responsive, self-motivated, care about the cause, and able to work both with autonomy and collaboratively to deliver project outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets, whilst ensuring that our charity’s values flow through every decision you make and action you take.
