We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor to join our People Services team, based at head office (Hilmore House) in Bradford.
You’ll play an integral role in supporting the delivery of Helpdesk Services and you’ll be the first point of contact for People team queries. We're looking for someone who can put our customers first in all aspects of their role, and someone who has previous experience working in an administrative HR/People role.
In this role, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Use a variety of systems to input, analyse and process people information accurately
- Ensure accuracy of HR systems data through regular and scheduled data cleansing activities
- Provide advice and support to the wider HR community on processes relating to HR system
- Supporting all elements of colleague discount including, discount cards and online discount
- Participate in projects, providing support for improving business processes and procedures
