Job description

We are looking for an experienced People Advisor to join us on a 12 month FTC, reporting directly to our Head of People & Talent.
The People Advisor will be responsible for advising managers across the business and supporting our global teams through the full range of people topics such as wellbeing, investigations, disciplinaries, mediation, performance management and much much more.
You will support our Head of People & Talent and people partners in the creation and implementation of people processes including performance reviews, annual compensation reviews, and reward and benefit launches. You will also create monthly and weekly reports for all people data which will then be shared with our senior stakeholders.
You will drive improvement, compliance and operational excellence across the board by having impressive attention to detail, an empathetic people approach and the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences face to face and in writings and be a self-starter who is excited to be part of a great team building the most amazing employee experience in the world!
We work using AgileHR and will help to develop your career in the people function by having mentorship from the Head of People and the Chief People Officer.

A start date before the end of May 2023 is preferable for this role
Salary for this role is between £35,000-38,000 per annum.

Flexible Working Policy
This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 2 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.

Requirements:
You Will:

  • Partner with key junior managers to implement, and execute new people strategies, as well as assess and improve existing people strategies.
  • Coach managers through employee relations cases and provide guidance for managing performance
  • Proactively manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, building the capabilities of people managers and working with teams generally to provide guidance and support on correct HR procedures.
  • Implement people products and services that drive organisational health & development
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers with varying levels of people management experience.
  • Continuously review and improve our people operational processes and leading on building automation in our HRIS.
  • Deliver exceptionally high data quality standards. By conducting periodic data audits and reviews of processes to continuously improve the quality of data.
  • Report on people stats, providing people reports and data to key stakeholders.
You Have:
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and working practices is a must
  • CIPD level 5 employment law certificate is a must
  • Proven experience creating monthly and weekly reports for all people data for senior stakeholders
  • MUST have experience working with HRIS (preferably HiBob)
  • Proficient with G Suite and excel
  • At least 2 years experience working with employee relations case loads (In US & UK)
  • Familiarity with complex employee relations processes
  • Proven track record delivering at least 2 strategic projects in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with AgileHR methodology (desirable)
  • Knowledge of designing and interpreting people analytics to support the business
