We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised People Administrator to join our busy multi-talented team. This is a ‘hands on’ position and would suit someone who really wants to make a difference and drive forward our continued commitment to employee engagement. We need positive people with the same passion to evolve our strategy and continue to meet the needs of our colleagues.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm but we have a flexible approach to start and finish times. Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

About the Role

We are looking for a positive individual who can multitask, bringing support across several HR functions. As the People Administrator you will join our team providing support to HR, Training, Recruitment and Payroll. In this busy and varied role you will be providing administrative support as well as being involved in various projects. The role will be interesting and diverse and will provide a great opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in gaining HR experience.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have a real passion HR. If you are working towards your CIPD Level 3 this would be advantageous, but not essential.

  • Previous experience within a HR environment is desirable however it is your proactive, inquisitive nature that will help you in this role.
  • Proven administrative experience working with a high-volume workload.
  • Able to offer great customer service, and proactively help your colleagues.•Exceptional organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage changing priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • A good knowledge of MS Office to include Excel, Outlook Word and PowerPoint
