Key skills / experience
- Well versed in Agile ways of working and familiar with Pega Express methodologies having clear idea on Discover, prepare, build and Adopt phases
- Should be able to validate micro journey – case type, persona, data defined by the project team
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex, technical solutions and day-to-day management of the activity of a cross-functional team across projects
- Should be able to drive software development best practices and encourages the Product Owner and development team to collaborate
- Should participate and contribute in Story Refinement, Estimation and Sprint Planning session
- A formal Sprint Review and playback session to be organized towards the end of the sprint to showcase all development work completed in the sprint and to get the feedback from business early in the game
- A formal The Sprint Retrospective to be set up at the sprint's conclusion to understand what went well in the sprint from a process point of view and what can be improved before the next sprint begins
- Should support coordination and communication between different scrum teams to maximize outcomes in case of scrum of Scrum session
- Effectively manages communications with other Agile teams in the customer setup and with a diverse range of stakeholders across functions and seniority from both customer and other supplier organizations.
- Act additionally as Project Manager to report progress from both Scrum Master and PM standpoints and advise mitigation and recovery actions for risks and issues that are reported.
- Preferable – prior application development experience in workflow solutions involving Document Management System, REST API-based integration through proxy/reverse-proxy, and Microservice architecture.
