PCV Vehicle Cleaner
We have a great opportunity for a PCV Vehicle Cleaner to join the Eccles Cleaning & Engineering Team. You will report directly to the Cleaning Supervisor and Workshop Supervisor.
You will be responsible to ensure all inspection & MOT vehicles on the vehicle maintenance plan are cleaned and prepared to a high standard and meet service and DVSA requirements. Ad hoc and sanitisation vehicle cleans is also required as part of the daily tasks along with any depot cleaning tasks that may be highlighted to you.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the team in maintaining these high standards.
Job Details
Full Time – 40 hours per week
5 shifts per week
Rate of pay - £9.50 per hr plus 5% enhanced weekend rate
Qualifications Required
Previous experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Main Duties will include:
> Some of the cleaning duties include, sweeping, mopping, graffiti removal, window washing, cleaning seats, cleaning/sanitising all touch point areas, cleaning driver cab area, wheel cleans, fouled vehicle cleans, all of which must be cleaned to the Company’s high standard expected whilst disposing of all waste appropriately following Company policy and procedure
> Responsible for preparation of cleaning equipment and managing safe and secure storage of the equipment
> Responsible for completion of all worksheets required and following the maintenance and cleaning plan
> Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and free of hazards/obstructions to minimise the risk of accidents
> Responsible for reporting any areas of concern to the appropriate person, such as graffiti, broken seats, damaged vehicles, hazards/obstructions in the workshop areas
> Understanding & compliance of Company Health & Safety regulations & Company Safe Working Practices at all times
