Joining us as a Payroll Trainee, you will take proactive participation in formal and on-the-job training whilst working towards an appropriate payroll qualification. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Collaborative to work effectively as part of a wider team
- Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines and with quick turnaround times
- Developing payroll and pension administration knowledge
What does this role involve?
As a Payroll Trainee, you will take steps to ensure that all work is completed efficiently, and that administration and records are up to date, in line with agreed procedures. You will also demonstrate exemplary communication skills, ensuring the flow of relevant information between clients and the internal team - working flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold expected service levels.
In addition, you will be supported by the team to develop and maintain the necessary professional competencies alongside formal training to provide a high-quality service to clients.
This role is available at either our Lincoln or Spalding office locations. Hybrid working options are also available.
