Payroll Administrator - TurboDebt
We help you with debt recovery in implementing effective strategies and low-cost solutions to alleviate debt.
One size fits all rarely applies to unsecured debt and we recognize the need for clients to have choices in managing debt. TURBODEBT connects clients to debt relief programs that fit their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
· Audit all employee timesheets in a timely manner.
· Calculate or check calculations on regular pay, overtime pay, taxes, deductions, garnishments, paid time of benefits and nontaxable wages.
· Process computerized payroll on a weekly basis
· Transmit computerized payroll to ADP
· Generate and audit weekly payroll reports and various other reports from payroll system software
· Update and run sick, personal holiday and vacation accrual reports
· Maintain payroll database for all employees
· Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
· Process chnges to employees status, includeing but not limited to pay rates and job title
· Ensure accurate calculations and processing of employee contributions and changes to 401K plans
· Must be experienced with QB Desktop
· Must be experienced with ADP Workforce Now
· Assist in maintaining an accurate general ledger, making adjustments as needed
· Research and analyze all financial transactions as requested by management and prepare/adjust entries when necessary
· Must be experienced in reconciling accounts for month and year end
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
