Accounts Assistant (Payroll)
Loughborough - LE12
Full Time, Permanent
£24,000 - £26,000

SF Recruitment are working with a brilliant forward thinking business based in Loughborough (LE12) who are looking for an Accounts Assistant with previous Payroll experience to join their finance department on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties of the Accounts Assistant:
  • Process and manage the internal payroll whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the processing of expense and credit card payments
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements & preparation of accruals and prepayments
  • Oversee the processing of expense and credit card payments
- Accounts Payable - Processing invoices
  • Process payroll adjustments, such as overtime, leaves, benefits, and commissions.
  • Submission of VAT Returns for UK

Details of the role:
- Full Time (37.5 hours - flexible start & finish time)
  • Annual Leave 23 days increasing to 27 + Statutory
  • On-site parking
  • Profit share
