About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently working with a well known organisation who are based in Leeds City Centre who have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join their busy finance team on a long term interim basis. This role will offer hybrid working and are in the heart of the city centre so easily accessible via multiple public transport links.
Job Description
As Interim Payroll Specialist, duties will include, however, not be limited to;
- Manage the process from end to end, whilst liaising managing payroll deadlines, queries and employees.
- Input new starters, reconcile casual holiday hours and ensure what is on the timesheets is on the system.
- Overseeing the final stages of the implementation & calculations in the new system.
- Conducting two monthly payrolls across 2 countries.
The Successful Applicant
Have held a similar position within payroll previously
Be immediately available or on a reduced notice
Be confident using Ms Excel & reporting tools.
