Job description

Receptionist / Trainee Payroll Administrator

Reporting to the Finance Officer you will be responsible for all reception, compliance, and payroll administration within the company. The role will involve working closely with recruitment consultants, payroll and finance departments, ensuring candidates are fully compliant, updating personal information on the company CRM and payroll systems, collecting weekly timesheets and accurately inputting data.

Essential Criteria

Minimum 12 months reception experience

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 Administration (or equivalent)

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong IT skills including Microsoft office

Ability to meet strict deadlines

Good spoken and written communication skills

Good organisation and time management skills

Professional and friendly manner

Desirable criteria

Payroll or finance administration

Reception or admin experience within a recruitment environment
