The Payroll/People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive employee experience and serves as the primary contact for P&C and Payroll. The role will support with activities such as:- monthly and year end payroll processing
- calculate statutory payments
- pension and benefits administration/processing
- record-keeping, data entry
- Onboarding new hires
- Responds and efficiently resolves inquiries from employees (e.g., P&C policies and programs, Workday system support, benefits etc.)
- Partners and collaborates effectively across P&C, Payroll, IT, Finance
- Initiates transactions, runs reports and performs audits in Workday

About The Role

About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Understand Payroll and have HR Functional knowledge
- Be able to work independently
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
