Our client, a logistics company in Leicester, need to recruit a payroll clerk on a basis until the end of 2023 to start as soon as possible. This could be a part time or full time role depending on the preference of the candidate. Importing data from Kronos system to ADP Ensuring accuracy of data. Processing of starters and leavers on ADP. Processing of ual adjustments. Processing of personal detail changes. Processing of ad hoc entries eg. one off payments. Quarterly processing of gainshare (bonus) payments. Processing of sick, maternity and paternity pay. Answering payroll related queries (via email, phone and face to face). Calculation of holiday pay including overtime. Completion of period end reports and external payments eg. HMRC court orders. Management of Kronos time and attendance system to ensure shift patterns and locations are maintained. Supporting Coaches/Supervisors to ensure accuracy of data for transfer to payroll. Weekly sign off on timecards and associated reporting. Updating of holiday entitlements. Registering of new starters and processing leavers. Auto enrolment assessments and entries into pension scheme. Updating, uploading and payment of pension contributions. Answering pension related queries. AD HOC Monthly HR metric reporting including sickness, overtime and headcount. Assisting employees to register with online payslips. Management of absence data for weekly payroll. Audit of payroll data against HR system. Part or full time opportunity for payroll clerk| until the end of 2023 The successful candidate will have a background in payroll and ideally be able to start ASAP.
