Payroll Assistant – Glasgow – £25-30k p.a.

HRC have partnered with a market-leading Accountancy practice in their search for an experienced payroller to join their high-calibre team of professionals.
This role will serve as a stepping stone into career development through a better network and new skills learned with one of the best payroll teams in Glasgow.
We are looking for someone with:
· Strong experience in payroll processes and systems – bureau experience is desirable but not required
· A target driven mindset and the ability to work to tight deadlines
· Up to date knowledge on payroll legislation
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· An excellent level of verbal and written communication
What will the role look like?
· Maintaining accuracy across monthly payroll administration for a variety of clients
· Making BACS payments
· Assessing claims for overtime, allowances etc.
· Processing starters and leavers
· Dealing with queries from
