Payroll and Admin Assistant
Up to £32K DOE
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll and Admin Assistant to join a leading accountancy practice based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing business and take on a key role in the payroll team and admin team. This role will be 50/50 secretary and payroll duties.

Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients using Sage Payroll and other software as required
- Calculating and processing statutory deductions such as tax, national insurance, and pension contributions
- Handling employee queries regarding pay and benefits
- Preparing reports for management and clients
- Assisting with year-end payroll procedures including P11D's and P60's
- General admin duties
- Organising seniors diaries
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience working in a similar payroll assistant role
- Must have experience with admin duties
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines
