At Volvo Group UK we are looking for Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll team within People Services.
People Services is part of the Global People & Culture organization and is made up of Payroll, Recruitment, HR Administration. The teams are focused on delivering the best service for the business aligned with the Volvo Group’s core values Customer Success, Trust, Passion, Change & Performance.
The role is based at our head office in Warwick, our hybrid working model means that you can spend 50% of your time working from the office and 50% working from home. It is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and evolving environment with a great team and culture.
Your Role…
We are a small payroll team responsible for the end to end processing of all UK Group Company Payrolls..
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Process the monthly/weekly payrolls inputting data and updating records on the payroll system. Producing accurately and timely payments to all.
- Control and validate all variable input for the payroll, both manual and import from the Time and Attendance system (SAP)
- Respond to enquiries from employees, managers and external bodies
- Administer and process Statutory Payments for SMP, SPP, SAP, SHPP and SSP
- Administer and process elements of pay under the salary sacrifice schemes such as Cycle to Work
- Administer and process all Benefits in Kind e.g. Company cars and Healthcare
- Administer annual P11Ds
- Other duties include monthly fuel reconciliation and duties related to pension schemes

Who Are You?...
We’d like you to have payroll experience, you will be comfortable with numbers and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work. Knowledge of payroll systems such as Payrite or similar and knowledge of government legislation including data protection is highly beneficial
