We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Daily updating of SmartTime exceptions and maintenance of SmartTime records for BA Cabin Cleaning contract.
• Weekly Provision and Support for managing SmartTime exceptions to enable the Agency to raise payments and invoices
• Provide Administrative Support for Payroll and Finance Dept
• Support in updating accurate site attendance, turnover etc statistics – review and hi-light any concerns to relevant Managers
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Supporting in the submission of the Monthly Interface to enable payroll processing
• Effective Interaction with Employees and Management
• Deal with payroll queries.

• Knowledge of Payroll preferable
• Good IT skills to include Word and Excel
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and juggle tasks
• Presents a professional friendly approach at all times
• Knowledge of SmartTime preferable
