Before a patient can be prescribed weight-loss medication they must go through a rigorous assessment with one of our fully qualified doctors, ensuring that all patients receive the gold standard of care. All appointments are held online and patients are subject to continuous assessment to keep them motivated and on track.

What is the job role?
The Patient/Clinician Support Partner role is a full-time remote position which includes working on a Saturday based on our staff rota. Successful candidates will be provided with all the equipment they need to carry out their tasks effectively and efficiently.
You will be an important point of contact for our patients and will answer queries, guide them through the appointment booking process, and based upon the doctor’s recommendations will take payment for and set up the patient’s weight-loss plan.
Job Description:
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls for patient appointments and queries ensuring that all data is captured correctly and accurately entered into our database
- Following-up with patients on their appointment times, reminders for when their prescription is coming to an end, and informing them about promotions and other benefits offered by The Slimming Clinic
- Guiding the patient through the sales process following their consultation with one of our medical professionals
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on medication and other weight-loss support products to patients
- Managing other incoming enquiries via telephone, voicemail, web and live chat
- Ensuring that patients’ records are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with data protection requirements
Who is this suitable for?
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused with a positive and pro-active approach. Although this position is remote you will be a confident and friendly individual who work well within a dynamic team, and able to manage a busy workload to ensure that every inbound call is answered.
Experience of sales including strong objection handling skills is essential as is experience of working in a call centre (both inbound and outbound)
You must be good with numbers and have the ability to work across multiple systems, using spreadsheets to report sales and other data.
You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidates will receive extensive training and support providing them with the in-depth knowledge necessary to complete all tasks to our gold standard.
