Having recently transitioned from traditional “bricks and mortar” locations to a fully remote, ecommerce healthcare structure, we treat patients across all of England, Scotland and Wales. Patients are professionally assessed and closely managed by fully qualified doctors and we are registered and inspected under the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring all patients receive the ‘gold standard’ of care. Our lead practitioner is the doctor, who is supported by experts in diet and nutrition, movement and exercise and psychotherapy.

What is the job role?
The Patient Support Partner role is a full-time remote position, working from home. Successful candidates will be provided with all the equipment required to be a key, active partner in the Patient Support team.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include,
- Responsible for all inbound and outbound contact for a variety of patients, ensuring that all data is captured correctly and accurate information is entered into our database.
- Ensuring that all patient information within the database is correct and maintained up-to-date.
- Providing accurate information on the programmes and products available to patients as and when requested.
- Receive and respond to all customer service enquiries via email, web, voicemail and live chat.
- For applicants with experience in sales roles or membership management and sales roles, we will consider their suitability for a Clinician Support Partner role. This role also involves directly assisting patients in choosing treatment programmes and discussing doctor recommendations.
Who is this suitable for?
There are no specific qualifications required for this job role, but ideally we're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude.
- The ability to handle a continuous workload of incoming calls
- Ideally you will have a strong background within customer service and/or retail sales and have a minimum of 6 months experience working with inbound calls.
- Experience in sales or membership management is a benefit.
- Compent with Microsoft office (Mainly Outlook & Excel)
We are looking for friendly and confident individuals, who works well within an established team and who available to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
The successful candidates will receive extensive training providing the in depth knowledge necessary to complete all daily tasks to a high standard.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
