Job description

The post holder will provide services daily with patients, carers and staff. It is essential the post holder has excellent patient facing customer care skills at all levels and is responsive to the needs of all those who may encounter the General Office. The post holder will daily be responsible for the processing, payment of and recording cash payments to members of the public and staff. The postholder will also receive, process, and reconcile payments from patients and staff regularly in cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.

Maintain a high level of customer service, financial and administrative accuracy, whilst working at times with visitors to the General Office who present challenging behaviour eg patients, carers and visitors who are upset, angry and frustrated or patients where there are barriers to communication.
