Our Patient Care Coordinators are driven and compassionate service providers that help our patients reach the highest level of hearing health possible. Hearing loss can be devastating and if left untreated can push those suffering into depression, withdrawal, isolation, and more. That is where your work begins - to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe space for patients to receive a first-time hearing evaluation or the continued maintenance they need.

To provide this level of care, our Patient Care Coordinators fulfill a variety of tasks.
- Maintain the front office
- Support customers by making phone calls to follow-up or set appointments
- Maintain daily schedules and patient files
- Collect patient information and answer questions
- Ability to think outside the box to connect with potential patients and encourage participation
- Organize and manage occasional fun in-office promotions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Office experience preferred
- Ability to use a variety of technology and Windows based applications, including Microsoft office, and more
- Organized multi-tasker
- Detail-oriented and effective time management
- Experience in telemarketing, accessory sales, or healthcare services a plus but not mandatory
- Strong people and communication skills
- Dynamic team player
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality!
Compensation and Benefits:
- $16- $18 / hour plus performance based monthly bonuses.
- Employer pays 60% of Bronze health plan cost.
- 401(k) with up to 4% matching after one year.
