SRS Partnership are a leading multidisciplinary recruitment company who are looking for Community Care Worker's to join our forever growing team covering Glasgow and surrounding areas. Duties can include:

• Providing an outstanding level of care, ensuring service users live independently in their own homes
• Working in various care settings on a daily basis, tailoring support to the needs of the individual/service
• Prompting and assisting with medication
• Assisting with domestic duties as and when required within the home
• Working closely with the team to ensure all duties are carried out to the highest standard
• Monitoring, responding and reporting appropriately the well-being of the service user and responding in a timely manner to any concerns
• Maintaining good communication and effective working relationships with all members of the team.

We require from you:

• A minimum of 6 months paid experience in care/support related position in the UK
• PVG Membership Number
• Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment and use your own initiative
• Confidence to build rapport with service users and families

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Weekends only

• Homecare

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
