Avaliable Job Today We are looking to recruit friendly Patient Advisors to join our team.
Based in a busy GP practice you will provide outstanding customer service and act as the first point of contact for our patients.
You will come from a customer service background, will be flexible and willing to work as part of a team. You will be computer literate and have a polite and welcoming telephone manner. We want people who are calm and kind on the phone, who can reassure our patients, be friendly, approachable and want to help.
The role encompasses telephone work, face to face reception duties (with safe distancing and Perspex screens at the moment) and administrative tasks such as handling email and incoming post.
Our opening times are 8am to 6.30pm.
Our AM shift is 7.45am to 1.15pm and our PM shift is 1.00pm to 6.30pm.
We are looking to cover a variety of these shifts and these will be explained at interview.
You must be able to work the full shift ie we cannot employ you if you wish to come in later in the morning or finish earlier in the evening
