Vision Imaging, a Rezolut Partner, is looking for a Patient Registrar to join our team!

Job Summary
The Patient Registrar will greet patients, register them into the system, collect money, and perform other clerical duties.

Essential Functions of a Patient Coordinator
- Register clients at the front desk.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to complete appointment scheduling, cancellation, and confirmation requests. Provide the first available appointment by matching patient preferences with specific scheduling guidelines.
- Collect and coordinate accurate basic registration, demographic, and insurance information.
- Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.
- Functions as a team member to organize and prioritize responsibilities to complete daily work assignments.
Education and Experience
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of prior medical coordination or similar experience preferred.
