About Liaison Care
Liaison Care has developed a range of products and services to support ICSs transform and manage the challenges of delivering CHC. These include transformation reviews, expert advice and software to help accurately predict personal health budgets.
The team
You would be based at home, with full access to equipment including IT programmes such as Microsoft Teams. There will also be the ability to meet with others in the team where required in order to provide you with full support.
You must be able to travel to team meetings where required.
Main responsibilities
Experience and qualifications required
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise own duties and prioritise tasks within a busy team environment and to work without direct supervision.
You will hold excellent communication skills, both verbally and non-verbally when dealing with patients/relatives and other internal and external agencies especially when providing or receiving complex or sensitive information.
You will also have the ability to demonstrate experience within information systems, e.g., word processing packages, spreadsheets, databases, patient administration system, email etc.
