Our Company are looking for a talented Pastry chef/cook or kitchen assistant to join our busy production kitchen based in Bleary. We are an award winning company which is going places. We are looking for a chef/cook or assistant with a good level of knowledge and skill and a passion for food. You will ideally have good experience working in a production kitchen or busy restaurant.
The successful candidate will work an average of 30 to 40 hours per week (Hours may vary depending on the time of year) at an hourly rate to be discussed and may be negotiable if the candidate has the correct experience. Duties will Include:
- Preparing a wide variety of desserts, cakes and traybakes from scratch following traditional and modern recipes and under the instruction of the head chef and management team
- creating new and exciting dishes to keep the menu varied and meet customer needs
- work as part of a busy team to produce large volumes

Salary: £10.42-£13.00 per hour
