Looking for a candidate who has experience as a pastry chef and is familiar with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and ovens. Understanding food safety practices is essential. the candidate should have experience with gateaux decoration, and macaron techniques with good time-management skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with team spirit, a customer-focused attitude, and Flexibility to work early and late shifts is mandatory.
Job description
· Maintain and sanitize utensils, tools, and machinery
· Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products.
· Making and preparations of macarons, gateaux, and cake slices.
· Supervising, motivating, and training junior team members
· Working efficiently and safely to ensure daily stock demand is met
· Conducting daily job sheets
· Conducting weekly and monthly stock takes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
