Derby Cathedral School is currently looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Officer. This is a unique opportunity to help lay the foundations of a growing and developing school. The successful candidate will work in our "Reflection" space alongside the Pastoral Year Leads ensuring that students are given the tailored support they need to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate should have experience of working with students ages 11-19, have excellent communication skills, good time management, and the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.

Derby Cathedral School is the first ever Church of England Secondary school in the Diocese and after being in our temporary school for the first three years, moved to our new state-of-the-art building in September 2021. This is located close to the city centre.
