Pastoral Administrator
Permanent, Full time, 37 hours a week, term time plus 5 days

Level 2, SCP 5 – 6 £18,403 - £18,739

We're looking for an enthusiastic Pastoral Administrator to support our Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will carry out all administrator duties to support the functioning of the Pastoral Department, under the direction of the Senior Pastoral Manager.

The successful applicant will;

● First point of contact for everything relating to the pastoral work of the school

● All administration tasks relating to calls around students being from lessons, detentions, behaviour etc, ensuring effective communication, recording and reporting

● Input of relevant data onto relevant systems, (e.g., SIMS, Edulink, class charts)

You will demonstrate;

● Educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

● Experience of administration and record keeping in office environment

● Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, students and parents/carers
